The Generation 3 Molle-Lok is a redesign of the Gen 2 model, but with a spring loaded lock, making it easier to manipulate and attach gear to tactical vests and plate carriers. With this design, there is no need for special tools to open the new locking mechanism. All you do is grasp outer heads and slide to manipulate and remove. This new locking system is reusable and failsafe, a requirement of US Military forces.

The Molle-Lok is an innovative attachment system which is designed as an optional attaching device for the Military and Law enforcement. The Molle-Lok attaches accessories to the Pals/Molle body armor or load bearing equipment, vests, tactical bags, pouches etc.

Specifications:
Overall Length = 4-5/8"

Well made product. Allows me to put most of my tools on my molle duty belt. Only thing I wish was different is there being a way to adjust the slack of the space in between the holes on the bracket attachments so if you have a shorter area with molle the whole thing doesn’t slide up and down. Otherwise great product.

These are good but a bit to long

These work, but due to the location they extend far bellow the belt and in some cases dig into my leg. Other wise they are good.

    MOL-LOK

First, mine does not look like the one in the photo. It has two holes with two matching screws that attach the LOK to the pouch. I have no idea what the two extra holes on mine are for. They are on the other side of the hinge. Presumably it is to allow access via a screwdriver to the two screws that mount the LOK. Second, when the LOK is engaged and the pouch is attached to the vest, there is too much slack, resulting in a lot of movement of the pouch when you go to pull the canister from the pouch. There is not enough room on the LOK to reach two 'cross bands' on the vest in an attempt to take out the slack. So I must look for a type of jury rig to deal with this. Third, the method by which the canisteris secured with the set screw, which also allows you to adjust the tension on the pouch is very good. Thanks for reading. Mike
