  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Omega Holsters, LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Each Flat Rate shipping price includes handling fees associated with each individual order.

    You(the purchaser) will be subject to additional shipping cost & fees for any amount greater than the quoted flat rate shipping fee. Orders placed outside of the United States are subject to a refund if the additional cost of shipping and handling is not paid.

    Certain products deemed by Omega Holsters, LLC will qualify as "No Shipping Charge" or "Shipping included" at the sole discretion of Omega Holsters, LLC.

    Certain products will not include a tracking number for example, Patch only orders, decal orders and other small item orders which may carry a reduced shipping rate that does not include a tracking number.

  • Omega Holsters, LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (Payment Options). All Payments are processed through the PayPal Payment Secure Gateway. Paypal charges a refund fee therefore all refunds, full or partial will be subject to the PayPal fee and the original purchaser will be responsible for said fees. Omega Holsters, LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Refunds

    Omega Holsters, LLC offers a 30 day money back guarantee after the date in which the postal service indicated the item as having been delivered. Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the time in which the postal service lists the order as having been delivered. Custom configured items and bulk order items are non-refundable.

    Returning items

    The purchaser must return the items, all contents and attachments to:

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.

    If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment account. You will receive the credit in accordance with the payment processor's terms.

    Items not meeting the full refund requirement are subject to a partial refund at the seller's discretion.

    Shipping

    You(the purchaser) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping originally paid will be deducted from your return refund.

    Custom printed Kydex

    Orders containing Custom Printed Kydex are Non-Refundable.


    Cancellations

    Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the payment being received will be refunded. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the payment being received will be subject to a 25% material fee to cover material which was ordered to complete your order. 

    MERCHANDISE APPEARANCE

    Purchased products from this website, may appear different from the pictures contained in this website due different model of items made and due to the fact that the items are handmade, therefore slight variations are normal and not subject to return based on differing images.

    Color display

    Colors show on the website may differ from colors viewed on your monitor.  Orders are not subject to a refund based on differing colors.
