Shipping & Delivery
Omega Holsters, LLC ships to all U.S. states and territories. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Flat-rate shipping fees include handling charges. You are responsible for any additional shipping costs beyond the flat rate. Orders placed outside the U.S. may be refunded if additional shipping charges are not paid.
Some small items (e.g., patches, decals) may not include tracking due to reduced shipping rates.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged according to applicable state and local tax laws based on the shipping destination.

Return Policy
You may purchase items using the payment options listed at checkout. All payments are securely processed via PayPal. PayPal imposes a transaction fee on refunds, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds & Returns

A 30-day return window is available from the date your item is marked "delivered" by the carrier.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Custom-printed Kydex and bulk/custom orders are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in original condition with all contents and attachments.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Cancellations

Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after 24 hours but before 7 days are subject to a 10% material fee to cover costs incurred.

Orders canceled after 7 days are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, even if the order has not yet shipped, due to allocated labor and material planning.
Merchandise Appearance & Color Display
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance are normal and not grounds for return. Product images may vary from actual items. Color display may also differ depending on your device’s settings.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Texas courts or the appropriate U.S. District Court. Both parties waive the right to trial by jury.
Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Omega Holsters, LLC regarding this website and supersede prior communications. Modifications are only valid if authorized by Omega Holsters, LLC.
